WILLIAM OPTICS
WILLIAM OPTICS REFRACTOR TELESCOPE APO FLUOROSTAR 132/925 GOLD OTA
€5.297,67
FOR EACH TELESCOPE WE PROVIDE THE 80 PAGE TELESCOPE BASICS INTRODUCTORY MANUAL (IN ENGLISH).
The William Optics Fluorostar Series telescope has a three-lens air-gap objective lens that uses custom Ohara, Japan FPL-53 ED glass and lanthanum glass. This very high-quality triplet design offers color purity and sharpness that leave nothing to be desired - a true high-end instrument!
Combine this apochromat with a high quality zenith mirror from William Optical and you can see the stars with pinpoint clarity few other optics can provide. Double stars separate clearly and sharply, bright bands and patches on Jupiter show amazing detail, and Saturn's rings stand out as if you were flying past them in a spaceship.
With its large aperture without any obstruction from secondary mirrors, as is necessary with reflectors, the vast world of Messier objects and even much more challenging deep-sky objects is open to you. Once you have looked through such a high quality apochromat, you will be lost in the vastness of space forever!
For astrophotography, the large image circle provides illumination even for full-frame cameras. Combined with William Optics' Flat7A smoothing, the result is a fast focal ratio of f/5.6. You can screw the flattener tightly onto the focuser.
The focuser has smooth and precise gear reduction, a temperature gauge and a wide range of adjustments. It easily supports heavy astrophotographic equipment, which can also be rotated to set the best position on the sensor.
Another special feature of the new William Optics apochromats is the specially chiseled focusing mask according to Bahtinov:
These new acrylic optical focus masks offer 92% light transmission.
The printed pattern provides a diffraction pattern approximately three times brighter than classic metal masks. The acrylic mask therefore shows a clearer diffraction pattern and allows focusing even with the aid of fainter stars.
