An important role in the evaluation of this high-performance observation instrument from Seben is played by the precisely ground primary mirror, characterized by a very fine treated surface. This mirror particularly demonstrates the quality of workmanship in all details of the construction of this precision instrument.

Thanks to the up-to-date construction type and the ultra-modern high-performance 31.7mm (1.25“) eyepiece holder, the Seben 76/900 telescope can be equipped with almost any type of accessory, for example with a camera adapter for the famous astronomical photography.

We would like to point out that while other offers do not include accessories and you have to buy them separately at a high price, with us you will not have to pay a single cent more for accessories!

A 31.7mm (1.25") moon filter is included, allowing you to observe a variety of details of the lunar surface and its numerous craters.

The 31.7mm (1.25") Barlow lens, included in the offer, makes it possible to double the magnification of the eyepieces used.

The 31.7mm (1.25") 1.5x inversion lens straightens the upside-down image provided by the telescope and allows you to see the image straight and in the right direction. This is essential for earth observation, because without this lens the image would be upside down, as is normal for an astronomical telescope.

The 5x24 finder has a much lower magnification than the telescope and has the task of facilitating the search for the celestial object to be observed.

With the 31.7mm (1.25") eyepieces included (20mm, 12.5mm, 6mm and 4mm) you can obtain the following magnifications without further expense for expensive accessories: 45x, 77x, 90x, 144x, 150x, 225x, 300x and 450x.

The delivery also includes a particularly stable and height-adjustable tripod. With this equipment it becomes very easy to adapt to all observing conditions and you can, for example, easily switch between celestial and terrestrial observations.

Another peculiarity of this telescope is its equatorial mount. Unlike the azimuth mount which allows you to rotate the telescope only on two axes (vertical and horizontal), this telescope offers perfect mobility on 4 axes (horizontal, vertical and also declination and right ascension).
