Description
The thrill of wandering with your sight: Ideal for lunar and planetary observations.
With a binocular turret the telescope turns into binoculars. Instead of observing with only one eye, you can enjoy the pleasure of observation without having to close one eye. In this way you will not only get less tired but your vision will also be able to wander while observing the Moon and planets. For physiological reasons the image will appear clearer and larger. Even experienced lunar observers can capture new details!
The image orientation does not change when using the binocular turret. For example, if you use an Amici prism to obtain a straight image of the Moon and planets both vertically and horizontally, you will have this same orientation even with the binocular turret.
To use the binocular turret you need two eyepieces of the same type and focal length. Each output of the binocular turret has a separate focus.
