The ASI585 is equipped with a USB 3.0 port for fast data download, thus avoiding frame loss.

The SONY IMX585 sensor has a 1/1.2" format and 2.9x2.9 micron pixels, the largest currently on the market! This camera is perfect for planetary but especially solar shots!
